Pregnancy and birth can be an exciting and beautiful time. It can also be hard, stressful, and lonely. I'm here to help. I am a full-spectrum, evidence-based, and trauma informed doula trained in all things pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and loss. I won't tell you that this journey will be easy, but I will be with you every step of the way. I believe in kindness and honesty above all things. These philosophies are at the crux of my work.
